North Carolina Wesleyan University (NCWU) offers 3 enrollment windows per year.

Master's programs require the completion of 30 credits. Each semester, students are required to complete at least two 3-credit courses plus a 1-credit CPT course.

The academic year is divided into three semesters: Fall, Spring, and Summer.

Students can still use CPT during breaks; there is no gap between CPT authorization periods.

On-Site Policy

Students are required to attend one on-site session each semester. On-site classes are held in Rocky Mount, NC over a weekend (Friday: 4pm-8pm; Saturday: 8am-7 pm; Sunday: 8am-1pm).

If you miss a on-site session, you can make up only one on-site session during the entire program. Missing on-site sessions twice will result in the termination of your F-1 status.

3. SEVIS Transfer (for OPT students): After receiving the acceptance letter, confirm the SEVIS transfer date with your advisor. Then, complete the SEVIS transfer form to transfer your SEVIS record to North Carolina Wesleyan University.
